GRANTS 2.0 - NOT THE NIGHT BEFORE!

Event description

This follow up workshop to the "Finding & Writing Grants" session during Small Business Month allows participants to highlight a particular funding opportunity they have identified, to bring a draft grant application they are working on, explain their challenges and harness collaborative learning to develop solutions.
We will explore practical tools to build your profile, summarise your idea or project, understand risks and compile a budget.
This workshop is highly interactive and geared towards participants with some knowledge of various funding sources.
The workshop's aim is to encourage participants to prioritise fundraising in the short to medium term, build long-term grant funding partnerships for organisational success, and is suited for
a) social enterprise business models with a focus on social impact.
b) female founders looking to harness the focus on women entrepreneurs.
c) entrepreneurs in the creative industries, with a particular focus for funding available to artists and collaborations.
d) a variety of not-for-profit and social enterprise business models.
